About the company and the project:
А trusted online broker registered in Cyprus, specializing in the US, European, and Asian stock markets is looking for a Sales Manager.
The company offers a wide range of financial market services and is driven by a team of highly qualified professionals. The company operates in three locations: the USA, Cyprus (its operational hub with 250 employees), and Kazakhstan.
About 2–2.5 years ago, began expanding into Europe and now has 12 offices, each with approximately 10 employees.
The team works in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, emphasizing teamwork and individual contributions to achieve outstanding results.
You are offered a full-time position in an office in Warsaw, Poland.
The position is available only for the candidates based in Poland.
Your tasks on the position:
- Attracting new clients and developing relationships with existing ones
- Addressing client issues based on individual needs and requests
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of market opportunities and strategy changes
- Developing and implementing individual strategies for key clients, aligned with their goals
- Engaging relevant influencers in the region
- Preparing reports on client work and the effectiveness of strategies to profile the target customer
Requirements
- 3+ years sales experience in finance
- Experience in the brokerage field
- Personal experience and knowledge in investing
- Polish C2
- English B2+
Nice to have:
- Bachelor/Master of Marketing/PR or related field
