responsibilities :

- Support procurement activities by initiating and tracking spend requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Assist with resourcing processes, including raising and monitoring headcount requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Monitor program expenditure against budgets, track actuals and forecasts, and provide management reporting.
- Track workforce demand and utilization to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate data in PMO tools, such as financial forecasts and headcount plans.
- Contribute to the preparation of program reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including the program management office, procurement, finance, workforce management, and technical delivery teams.

requirements-expected :

- Experience in providing PMO support within a global organization.
- Hands-on experience with procurement and workforce management processes, including purchase orders and invoicing.
- Proven ability to track and manage project financials effectively.
- Background in Financial Services and/or Technology functions.
- Strong proficiency in managing and reporting on large data sets.
- Advanced skills in PMO tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Clarity (or equivalent).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
