responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Manage and resolve user account issues such as password resets, access permissions, and account setups using Active Directory.
- Assist in the deployment, installation, and configuration of IT equipment such as laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document and track technical issues using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Monitor and maintain the organization's network and internet connectivity, troubleshooting VPN and WiFi issues as needed.
- Support Office 365 applications, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and software installations.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams and follow up to ensure resolution.

requirements-expected :

- 2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, including user management and group policies.
- Experience with Office 365 and common productivity tools.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with users at all technical levels.
