PMO Specialist – Banking, Finance & AI Miejsce pracy: Bydgoszcz Technologies we use Expected Microsoft Office Jira Confluence About the project The Project Management Competency Center is expanding its PMO team. We are looking for PMO Specialists skilled in AI and chatbot solutions to support strategic initiatives in the banking industry. As part of our Consulting Services organization, you will work at the heart of growth, digital transformation, and customer-focused change. Your responsibilities Monitor project execution within the assigned portfolio, including resource planning and utilization tracking Verify financial KPIs for projects in the portfolio Track project progress, including milestone monitoring Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal project execution methodologies Provide support in organizing status meetings and maintaining communication with stakeholders Review and analyze project risks to ensure profitability and secure project delivery Present audit results and recommendations to business stakeholders Develop recommendations and corrective actions for project managers, including change management strategies Support project planning, scheduling, risk analysis, and cost estimation Contribute to knowledge management processes covering key phases of the project lifecycle (sales and delivery) Our requirements Mandatory experience in AI, including AI-driven solutions, chatbot technologies, or automation At least 5 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably within the banking sector Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, and quality assurance systems Excellent organizational, negotiation, and assertiveness skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Confluence, Teams, Jira) Strong communication skills, flexibility, engagement, and the ability to work independently Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment Fluent English Residency in Poland, with willingness to attend the Client's office in Krakow once per quarter Residing in Poland required What we offer Great Place to Work since 2015 - it's thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People Recruitment stages Send your CV Talk to us about your expectations Learn more about our projects and choose the best Start your adventure with Sii Sii Sp. z o.o.
