- 5+ years of experience in lead generation within IT outsourcing, outstaffing, professional services, or technical sales.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) with a professional and persuasive communication style.
- Strong familiarity with software development processes and the technical needs of potential clients.
- Proficiency with AI tools and workflow automation to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, capable of using data and experimentation to drive decisions.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, etc.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
