More about us and our projects [ click ] Hey We're looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer (Project Lead) to join our team at Commerce-UI . If you're excited about working with strong eCommerce brands, taking real ownership, and shaping how things are built and not just executing, this might be a great fit. This isn't a typical dev job. You'll be the technical lead on real production projects , solving real business problems through technology. From the first line of code to launch, you'll have end-to-end ownership, defining how we build, mentoring others, and ensuring our clients' visions come to life beautifully and reliably. You'll work alongside other highly skilled and dedicated developers, designers, and project managers. People who care deeply about quality, craft, and collaboration. We're a small, senior team, so every person has a big impact. What we do Since 2019, we've worked with brands like Lady Gaga, Carhartt WIP, Magda Butrym and Rolex , and collaborated with designers from Pentagram , ex-Tesla , and ex-Apple . We're focused entirely on eCommerce , and our goal is simple: to be one of the best eCommerce tech teams in the world . About the Role What you'll do Lead front-end development for top-tier eCommerce projects Collaborate closely with designers, other devs, PMs, and clients to translate ideas into high-performing storefronts Write clean, thoughtful, and production-ready code Make key architectural and technical decisions Ensure delivery excellence and lead communication with clients when needed Continuously push for better engineering practices and scalable solutions Contribute to internal standards, tooling, and workflows Mentor other developers and promote best practices Who you are A senior engineer with strong experience in React / Next.js / React-Router or any other isomorphic JS framework You've led production projects or small teams before. You know how to ship You value pragmatic engineering. You focus on what works and scales, not over-engineering You enjoy working in small, dedicated teams and taking ownership You care about both the craft and the outcome. Elegant solutions that drives real business results Design-awareness. You care about polish, UX, and performance Comfortable managing multiple shifting priorities with support from PM and tech leads Bonus: experience with headless commerce (Shopify, Commerce Layer, etc.) What We're Looking For 5 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (ideally Remix or Next.js) Strong communication skills - you're confident discussing trade-offs with clients and teammates Fluent English (for client work) and at least B2 Polish Design-awareness - you care about polish, UX, and performance Comfortable managing multiple shifting priorities with support from PM and tech leads What it's really like to work here At Commerce-UI, we trust each other's judgment and take pride in our craft.
