Your future company Currently, for our Client from SSC sector we are looking for AR Team Leader. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - preferably Experience in leading a team in related process Practical knowledge of SAP Strong knowledge of accounting principles Excellent Excel skills and experience with other MS Office applications Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience in a multinational or shared service environment Responsibilities Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of AR Accountants Support in escalations, difficult cases to ensure the effectiveness Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection Apply customer payments accurately to respective invoices Reconcile AR ledger and resolve discrepancies or payment issues Prepare AR aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues The offer Competitive salary and stable employment based on a full-time employment contract Private medical care Multisport card or other sports benefit package Life insurance Flexible working hours and hybrid work options Annual bonus or performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and international work environment
