Poszukujemy Customer Service Managera, który wesprze nasz zespół w codziennej obsłudze klienta i będzie odpowiedzialny za rozwój oraz motywację pracowników.

Do Twoich głównych zadań będzie należało:

- Zarządzanie zespołem konsultantów obsługi klienta (planowanie, organizacja pracy, wsparcie w rozwoju kompetencji).
- Monitorowanie jakości obsługi i zgodności z SLA oraz umowami.
- Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów operacyjnych oraz wspieranie zespołu w trudnych sytuacjach.
- Raportowanie wyników i rekomendowanie działań usprawniających.
- Współpraca z innymi działami firmy w celu zapewnienia sprawnej komunikacji i realizacji celów.
- Wdrażanie i doskonalenie lokalnych procedur, polityk i wskaźników efektywności.
- Utrzymywanie relacji z kluczowymi interesariuszami i bycie głównym punktem kontaktu dla klienta.
- Koordynacja procesów HR: onboarding, szkolenia wstępne, zarządzanie nieobecnościami, oceny, offboarding.
- Budowanie zaangażowania i pozytywnej kultury pracy zgodnej z wartościami firmy.
- Rekrutacja, szkolenia i rozwój kompetencji zespołu.
- Regularne udzielanie feedbacku, wspieranie kariery i rozwiązywanie problemów wydajnościowych.

Wymagania

- Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem w obszarze obsługi klienta lub operacji.
- Umiejętność motywowania i rozwijania pracowników.
- Doskonałe zdolności komunikacyjne i organizacyjne.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego.
- Gotowość do pracy stacjonarnej w Katowicach.
