Poszukujemy
Customer Service Managera
, który wesprze nasz zespół w codziennej obsłudze klienta i będzie odpowiedzialny za rozwój oraz motywację pracowników.

Do Twoich głównych zadań będzie należało:

  • Zarządzanie zespołem konsultantów obsługi klienta (planowanie, organizacja pracy, wsparcie w rozwoju kompetencji).
  • Monitorowanie jakości obsługi i zgodności z SLA oraz umowami.
  • Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów operacyjnych oraz wspieranie zespołu w trudnych sytuacjach.
  • Raportowanie wyników i rekomendowanie działań usprawniających.
  • Współpraca z innymi działami firmy w celu zapewnienia sprawnej komunikacji i realizacji celów.
  • Wdrażanie i doskonalenie lokalnych procedur, polityk i wskaźników efektywności.
  • Utrzymywanie relacji z kluczowymi interesariuszami i bycie głównym punktem kontaktu dla klienta.
  • Koordynacja procesów HR: onboarding, szkolenia wstępne, zarządzanie nieobecnościami, oceny, offboarding.
  • Budowanie zaangażowania i pozytywnej kultury pracy zgodnej z wartościami firmy.
  • Rekrutacja, szkolenia i rozwój kompetencji zespołu.
  • Regularne udzielanie feedbacku, wspieranie kariery i rozwiązywanie problemów wydajnościowych.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem w obszarze obsługi klienta lub operacji.
  • Umiejętność motywowania i rozwijania pracowników.
  • Doskonałe zdolności komunikacyjne i organizacyjne.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego.
  • Gotowość do pracy stacjonarnej w Katowicach.
