Job Description

Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer support and want to work for a major global brand in the electronics industry? Our client is looking for German-speaking Customer Advisors to join their team in Katowice

Join the customer service team of a renowned electronic appliances manufacturer and assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty services. This position is on-site in Katowice and offers comprehensive support for new international employees.

What Will You Do?

  • Assist customers with product inquiries about various appliances (e.g., small kitchen appliances, home electronics).

  • Provide effective technical troubleshooting and guidance for common product issues.

  • Support customers with warranty claims, repair procedures, and spare parts orders.

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in German.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in German (oral and written) and proficient in English.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a patient and helpful approach.

  • Ability to work on-site in Katowice.

  • Comfortable using computers, navigating CRM systems, and digital tools.

  • Positive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset.
