About the role

We are looking for a 
Customer Technical Support Specialist
 fluent in German to join our international team in Katowice. You will be the main point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing professional technical assistance and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Customer support:
     Handle calls and emails, assisting customers in resolving technical issues.
  • Problem-solving:
     Use your technical understanding and analytical mindset to deliver quick and effective solutions.
  • Data entry:
     Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data into internal systems.
  • Relationship building:
     Develop and maintain trustworthy, long-term relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.

Requirements

  • Fluency in 
    German (C1 level)
     – you will be communicating directly with German-speaking customers.
  • English (B2 level)
     – for internal communication and training.
  • Strong communication skills, openness, and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow – we value curiosity and continuous development.
