We are recruiting for our client – one of the world's leading outsourcing companies providing customer service, technical support, and content moderation. The company operates across multiple European markets, including Poland. The employment contract will be signed directly with a Polish employer.

This role involves direct contact with customers – by phone (inbound and outbound calls) or via the Internet, depending on the project's needs.

The person in this position provides customer support, offers information, and helps solve common issues related to the company's products or services.

We are looking for a Technical Customer Service Specialist with German, who will join our team in Katowice. In this role, you will support German-speaking customers, assist in resolving technical issues, and ensure a positive user experience. You don't need to be an engineer – logical thinking and a willingness to learn new things are enough.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls from German-speaking customers.
  • Assisting with issues related to repairs, warranties, spare parts, and minor malfunctions.
  • Providing remote troubleshooting – giving technicians a little breather.
  • Matching products to customer needs.
  • Working with CRM systems (knowledge of SAS Customer Intelligence is a plus).

Who We're Looking For:

  • A person with German at C1 level – fluent, confident, and comfortable in customer conversations.
  • English - minimum B2 level
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is welcome, but not necessary – we'll teach you everything.
  • Someone with technical intuition – able to think logically and find solutions.
  • A candidate with a positive attitude towards people and challenges – after all, a smile can be heard over the phone.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: 7,500 PLN gross/month
  • Full-time employment based on an employment contract.
  • Fixed working hours: Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
