Opis stanowiska

- Lead the administration, optimization, and lifecycle management of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related security/compliance tools.

- Manage Azure Active Directory, security groups, conditional access policies, and identity governance.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administration and improve operational efficiency.

- Act as the primary escalation point for complex M365-related incidents and service requests, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution.

- Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant health, licensing, capacity, and performance, ensuring availability and compliance with business requirements.

- Implement best practices for governance, data protection, retention, and information security within the M365 platform.

- Maintain clear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and configuration baselines.

- Conduct regular reviews of emerging M365 features and recommend adoption strategies to enhance collaboration, productivity, and security.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior administrators and support teams

Profil kandydata

- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, with at least 3 years in senior-level Microsoft 365 administration.

- Proven hands-on expertise with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.

- Strong PowerShell scripting skills aimed at automation and process improvement.

- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance frameworks.

- Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem Exchange, Active Directory)

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication skills
