responsibilities :

- Understand relevant business use cases and procedures related to the relevant business applications with a strong focus on compliance and legal applications.
- Collaborate with and consult stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend application enhancements, and drive the adoption of best practices.
- Participate in strategic planning to align application services with business goals, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Oversee configuration and maintenance of various business applications (ideally Contract Lifecycle Management, Global Service Desk (company internal growing ticket system)), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving application-related issues on agreed SLAs.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users (in collaboration with our Learning & Skill development group), create detailed documentation, and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases.
- Liaise with software vendors for support, updates, and enhancements, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Define, operate and continuously improve services based on the relevant applications.
- Implement and enforce security protocols, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support regular audits in collaboration with the IT Security Team.
- Continuously monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Manage incident resolution and problem-solving processes, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
- Evaluate and recommend new software solutions to enhance business operations.
- Conduct regular application performance reviews and generate reports.
- Plan and execute application upgrades and patch management.
- Develop, document and maintain application-related, policies, procedures and technical configurations.

requirements-expected :

- Apprenticeship as IT specialist or bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT application support or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing and supporting business applications, including service desks and contract lifecycle management platforms.
- Experience with SAAS enterprise software solutions and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Integration / API Management.
- Proven experience in working within large or medium-sized enterprises where complex business applications are used. Understanding the dynamics of such organizations is essential.
- Analytical thinking to assess complex situations, evaluate options, and make data-driven decisions.
- A keen focus on user satisfaction, understanding their needs, and ensuring applications meet their expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
