For our client, a company actively investing in the commercial real estate market, we are currently seeking a candidate for the position of Finance Manager. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of investment projects carried out both in Poland and internationally. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of finance, encompassing areas such as management reporting, financial planning, taxation, accounting and investment. Our ideal candidate is someone with a background in financial audit and proven experience in real estate sector or an individual working on similar role in an investment fund such as private equity.

Opis stanowiska

- Manage the company's financial structure, ensuring compliance with tax and legal regulations

- Oversee investment portfolios and provide recommendations to enhance performance

- Prepare forecasts, cash flow reports and budgets to support strategic decisions

- Maintain banking relationships and monitor liquidity

- Supervise accounting and reporting across all entities

- Collaborate with external advisors

- Supervise invoicing and financial documentation between entities

Profil kandydata

- Master's degree in Finance

- ACCA, CFA or CPA certification is a strong asset

- Min. 5 years of experience in financial management and/or investment

- Fluent English

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- Knowledge of real estate industry or investment funds- nice to have

- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, portfolio management and international tax

- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
