SQA Project Manager

SQA Project Manager Miejsce pracy: Poznań Your responsibilities Preparing, planning and carrying out quality activities necessary for the approval of components for series production of rail vehicles. Participate to supplier quality inspections, ensuring proper follow-up actions and standardization. Interface with suppliers to establish a common understanding of key expectations across the Supplier Quality Assurance Process. Support supplier performance development through guidance and monitoring. Coordinate with end customers on schedules for First Article Inspections (FAIs) and type tests at supplier facilities. Prepare and execute Type Tests and FAIs in collaboration with CAF Engineering. Monitor and follow up on actions defined from validation activities. Assess supplier processes to ensure compliance with CAF requirements. Evaluate supplier quality performance and risk levels. Review and approve manufacturing process deviations requested by suppliers. Manage and resolve quality issues of main parts/systems during serial production in coordination with suppliers. Our requirements Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree from a technical university, preferably in field of Quality Management. Experience: Hands-on experience (>3 years) in Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) / Quality Department. Experience in a similar role in the railway or automotive sector is desirable. Excellent communication skills in English (>B2), verbal and written. Spanish or/and German will be valuable. Good ability to read technical drawings, technical specifications to understand requirements. Client‐oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Results‐driven approach, ensuring objectives are achieved with high quality and efficiency. Continuous improvement focus, demonstrating initiative to enhance processes and performance. Able to stay motivated, positive and focused whilst working in a pressured environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills, independence in work. Experience working in a high-level collaborative multicultural environment and promoting a teamwork mentality. Other requirements: Willing to travel abroad frequently for project and supplier coordination.
