- 5-10 years of experience in OtC processes
- Management experience in an international company or SSC/GBS serving multiple countries
- Excellent understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, especially OtC processes
- Experience and good knowledge in lean and standardization
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office: Visio, Excel and Word
- Quality and deadline oriented
- Ability to identify future risks and provide solutions for them
- Ability to drive standardization and continuous improvements of the processes operations within the OtC area
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English)
,[Support the definition of standardization objectives and the ambition level, End to end OtC processes are standardized with minimal exceptions, Optimize and standardize processes with no duplication of work, Establish clear criteria and guidelines at all stages and processes, Specialized processes for specialized services, that are tailored to reflect the nature of the service, Ensure process alignment between Finance, SSC HUBs and any BPO providers for OtC processes, Support the deployment of standardized best practice processes across company, Periodically review the processes, SOP’s and user guides with the Tower leads, Ensure approved policies/controls are reflected in the SOP’s.
