Qualified accountant. Previous business/finance experience – 5-10yrs in various finance roles (ex. Financial, Commercial Controller, Systems Accountant). International experience is a plus. SAP knowledge (preferably both implementation and in business use). Good knowledge of end-to-end business processes (PTP, R2R, Controlling, O2C). Six Sigma / PRINCE methodology certifications would be added advantage. Positive & can-do attitude, good team player. Very good communication skills (fluent English is a must), organisational ability and strong presentation skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills with calm & cheerful disposition. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable but not essential Willingness to travel to Reckitt's international sites.
