ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking a driven and innovative ESM / ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing team and help design processes and consult clients on end-to-end solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will play a key role on a variety of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR and other business domains for customers all over the world. We are supporting Employment Contract or B2B, depending on your preferences. Responsibilities Drive requirement gathering and analysis Create User Stories / Requirements specifications Design and improve processes in ESM (ITSM and adjacent domains) Serve as a process subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team.
