Your daily tasks may include:

- ensuring HEINEKEN risk responses for DBB live OpCos are sufficient to achieve our objectives
- providing dedicated support to the DBB Standing Organisation and DBB OpCos on risk and control topics
- maintaining the integration of the overall DBB control framework with our business processes
- performing impact assessments for DBB Change Requests/ BRDs, assessing risk and control impact from BRDs raised by OpCos/GFs/regions or Global teams
- helping define and implement process control improvements in the DBB OpCos
- working with projects to ensure current issues are addressed and new risks prevented
- engaging with different types and levels of stakeholders across the organisation

You are a good match if you have:

- a track record in setting up workshops with business representatives to identify risks and responses
- good understanding of various (financial and non-financial) business processes and IT ERP systems
- change management skills to drive implementation of control improvements
- proven experience in developing internal controls, leading audit or process improvement assignments
- ability to clearly explain and present results and control initiatives to (senior) stakeholders
- flexible work attitude to work on parallel initiatives and ownership of your planning
- certified Operational Audit, IT Audit or Accountancy accreditation (CPA, CIA, RO, RE, RA for example)
