Transformation Engineering Lead Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Expected Java About the project We are seeking a talented experienced Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong engineering mindset, infrastructure experience, and the ability to coordinate across different Domains and support their engineering transformation initiatives. This role also offers an opportunity to drive engineering maturity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Your responsibilities Support engineering transformation by coordinating with multiple domains on Engineering uplift initiatives. Liaise with domain representatives, standards teams, and transformation working groups. Analyze data insights to drive engineering decisions and generate status reports. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and engineering maturity. Work with engineering communities to design skill development and career pathways. Understand and align work across different domains, including Storage, Network, Compute, and Platforms, ensuring consistency in standards and practices. Our requirements Strong engineering mindset with infrastructure experience. Proven ability to manage and coordinate across multiple domains. Ability to analyze engineering data and provide meaningful insights. Experience in transformational change and continuous improvement. Understanding of engineering standards and practices across infrastructure domains Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, while interacting in Steering and Working group sessions and providing views of areas to Heads of Engineering. Optional Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5 years of leadership experience in engineering coordination, transformation programs, or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with industry best practices for engineering maturity, standards, and infrastructure components.
