About the Role:

As an Implementation Manager at DSV, you will play a vital role in delivering sustainable charging solutions for our global truck fleet. Your expertise will help us electrify our operations, reducing our carbon footprint in the transportation industry. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of our EV truck charging infrastructure projects. Your mission will be to ensure smooth project delivery, adherence to industry standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage EV truck charging rollout projects across DSV locations, ensuring timely completion and smooth implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, procurement teams, legal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.
  • Ensure project compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, acting as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as renewable energy, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or transportation sector, is required. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a must. You will also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
