About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Transition Management Expert to lead the migration of various business services in our project with a foreign partner in the insurance sector.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end migration process, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet their needs during the transition.
  • Service Transition Planning: Develop detailed transition plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact the transition.
  • Process Improvement: Optimize processes being migrated for efficiency and implement best practices.
  • Budget Management: Manage transition budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adaptation to new processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report progress against key milestones and success metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in the transition.


Requirements:



  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in transition management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale transitions.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is an asset.
  • Expertise in change management principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, including back-office functions, IT, HR, or finance services.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and drive resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a global organization, with a clear understanding of cultural differences.
  • Very good English (C1 level).
