We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Copeland.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex orders and projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and accurate customer requirements fulfillment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating all project/order-related activities to ensure accurate customer requirements fulfillment.
  • Collaborating with sales, finance, logistics, service, and customer service teams and leading the escalation process.
  • Participating in kick-off meetings and traveling to clients, prioritizing and following up on meetings as needed.
  • Handling orders and documentation and coordinating the 'as-built' documentation process with responsible teams.
  • Placing demand for materials from intercompany and/or third-party suppliers and maintaining communication with them and following up on their timely delivery.
  • Managing dates in the system and responding to inquiries received from the BUs.
  • Maintaining project progress communication with the client and collecting necessary approvals to improve sales in accordance with Revenue Recognition Rules.
  • Ensuring all transaction-related documents are accurately stored and available for audit.
  • Supporting the receivable collection process by proactively closing out all contract requirements with the customer.

We are looking for someone with a strong personality who can communicate effectively with all levels within and outside the organization, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English and Polish.

A degree in a related field and experience in order handling and/or customer service is preferred.
