Sonova Holding AG, the leading hearing healthcare provider worldwide, is expanding its global IT and quality processes.

We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our technical IT quality management process as a Senior Supply Chain Architect - Global IT Leader.

The role involves architecting and developing our ERP System and guiding our teams toward maintaining a high-quality system. Your development journey begins with Sonova's SAP CC Team.

You will grow your personal competences in consulting and deploy worldwide projects and process improvements. Our supportive team colleagues, located in Warsaw, US, and Asia, await you in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities

  • Transfer Enterprise Architecture into high-level IT solution architecture by following IT strategy.
  • Perform feasibilities, prototype preliminary solutions, and present to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and perform high-level requirements' engineering with Moscow and high-level business process design (E2E).
  • Ensure global best practice business processes are implemented for any new processes and requirements.
  • Provide detailed IT solution architecture for new processes and gaps.
  • Support initiation of projects, support, and drive completion of project orders, align business models.

Employer Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of experience in S/4HANA decentralized EWM, SAP Transportation Management, and SAP GTS modules.
  • Proficiency understanding of inventory Management, Delivery processing, Import and Export Trade processes, and integration with subsequent SAP modules SD, LE, SCM.
  • Experience with S/4HANA brown-, blue-, greenfield conversion and implementation is an advantage.
  • Well-versed in agile project implementation methodologies with focus on Agile project methods and SAFE.
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple end-to-end project lifecycles for implementing SAP business systems.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, functioning effectively both as a team player and independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex global environments with ease.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
