About the Role

This position involves managing the oncology portfolio in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and excellent relationship-building skills.

  1. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs and HCPs.
  2. You will design and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and achieve market goals.
  3. You will create and execute account plans that address the unique needs of each stakeholder group.
  4. You will work closely with internal teams to develop promotional materials and ensure successful product launches.
  5. You will leverage CRM systems to track field activities and provide insights to the team.
  6. You will stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing.
  7. You will provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on progress and challenges.
