Pracownicy na stanowisku Junior HR Analyst będą wspierać w tworzeniu raportów oraz analiz danych HR w Arvato Polska oraz będę administrować danymi w systemach firmowych. Dodatkowo będzie pomagać w przygotowywaniu danych do corocznego przeglądu wynagrodzeń dla zespołu ds. wynagrodzeń i korzyści pracowników.
Oczekiwania:- Tworzenie raportów dotyczących zadań oraz spraw personalnych w spółce:
- Cykliczne raportowanie w obszarze statystyki personalnej, stanu i ruchu zatrudnienia itd.
- Weryfikacja poprawności danych przed naliczeniem wynagrodzeń
- Tworzenie zestawień dotyczących wynagrodzenia oraz zmian w obejmowanych stanowiskach
- Utworzenie instrukcji do raportów.
- Wsparcie przy przeglądzie wynagrodzeń:
- Pomoc przy przygotowaniu danych do zewnętrznych badań płacowych wykonywanych we współpracy z firmami zewnętrznymi
- Tworzenie zestawień i analiz związanych z corocznym przeglądem wynagrodzeń
- Wsparcie specjalistów kadrowo-płacowych przy generowaniu dokumentów masowych (korespondencja seryjna)
- Wsparcie przy wprowadzaniu danych do systemu SAP HR
- Administrowanie danymi personelowymi w systemach firmowych Arvato:
- Aktualizacja danych - cotygodniowe pliki wsadowe
- Wsparcie Wydziału Personelu w codziennych zadanach.
