Role Description

The Associate, Client Service II role requires strong client management experience and ability to review deal governing documents. Experience in loans (syndicated, bilateral, real estate) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  1. Day-to-day oversight of assigned portfolios
  2. Preparation and distribution of notices to clients and syndicate lenders
  3. Calculation and distribution of interest rates for each accrual period
  4. Tracking and payment of multiple lenders in a single interest period
  5. Billing and collection of principal, interest, and fee payments from clients
  6. Collection of financial statements and compliance requirements from clients
  7. Processing of lender assignments and maintenance of the official lender register
