Job Description:

Your responsibilities

  • Develop strategic customer management and support within a defined portfolio on the Polish market, focusing on Scandic Gdańsk and Scandic Wrocław.
  • Utilize distinct talents for customer acquisition and retention to boost sales across specified industries.
  • Design and implement national sales activities to drive business growth.
  • Provide training and consulting services on industry-specific changes.
  • Collaborate with the national sales team and report directly to the Director of Sales Poland.

  • Prior experience in account management and active sales within the hotel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and connections within the national market.
  • A business-oriented mindset.
  • A results- and turnover-driven approach without sacrificing creativity and innovation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications.
  • A high level of commitment and independence.
  • Professional appearance.
  • An openness to business travel and mobility without restrictions.
