- Develop strategic customer management and support within a defined portfolio on the Polish market, focusing on Scandic Gdańsk and Scandic Wrocław.
- Utilize distinct talents for customer acquisition and retention to boost sales across specified industries.
- Design and implement national sales activities to drive business growth.
- Provide training and consulting services on industry-specific changes.
- Collaborate with the national sales team and report directly to the Director of Sales Poland.

- Prior experience in account management and active sales within the hotel industry.
- In-depth knowledge and connections within the national market.
- A business-oriented mindset.
- A results- and turnover-driven approach without sacrificing creativity and innovation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proficient use of MS Office applications.
