Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Allegro sp. z o.o. in Poland. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our IT network infrastructure and ensuring the secure connectivity of our employees and partners.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement product roadmaps and timelines to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various Allegro departments to understand and reconcile their needs.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Take responsibility for the shape of the product and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain an up-to-date risk register along with mitigation plans.
  • Participate in agreeing and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
  • Manage relationships with clients and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management.
  • Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
  • Ability to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
