Job Description

We are a dynamic team within Allegro, a leading e-commerce platform, seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our sponsored ad service and other advertising tools. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and post-launch activities.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, prioritizing feature backlogs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, technical leaders, and support teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Engage with diverse internal stakeholders, including customers, to understand their requirements and translate them into product requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive product innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong decision-making skills, and exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with a minimum B2 level.

Nice to Have

  • Product Management certification (e.g., PMHQ, AIPMM, PDMA) or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, CPMP, SAFe).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
