We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our customer service team at Micadoni.com, a fast-developing e-commerce business.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of the customer service team, including motivating, training, and monitoring employee performance in an international environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the work of the customer service team
  • Motivating, training, and monitoring employee performance
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service in accordance with company procedures

We require:

  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2/C1)
  • French or German language will be an advantage
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a customer service team in the e-commerce industry
  • Knowledge of online customer service management tools
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
