About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst with at least 6 years of experience to excel in delivering end-to-end Power BI projects, leveraging advanced technical and analytical skills to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Power BI Development: Design and deliver comprehensive Power BI solutions, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, delivery planning, iterative development (Agile), post-release support, and project handover
  • Data Modeling & Visualization: Develop dynamic reports, insightful dashboards, and robust data visualizations using Power BI. Leverage advanced capabilities such as DAX, Power Query, and Dataflows to drive business value
  • Data Integration & Analysis: Utilize Power BI and SQL (IBM Netezza, Synapse) to integrate, analyze, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights that inform business decisions
  • Automation: Implement and optimize workflows using Power Automate to enhance efficiency and streamline processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Cloud Platform Proficiency: Leverage Microsoft Azure platform expertise to manage and secure data environments, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and translate business challenges into technical solutions, driving strategic planning and process optimization through data-driven insights
Technical Requirements
  • Power BI: Senior-level expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Dataflows to develop innovative solutions
  • SQL: Intermediate proficiency, especially with SQL Server Management Studio / IBM Netezza or similar tool and Synapse, to ensure efficient data management
  • Power Automate: Beginner to mid-level proficiency to implement automation workflows
  • MS Azure Platform: Mid-level knowledge, particularly Entra ID, to manage and secure data environments
  • Advanced English skills: Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
