Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Case Interpretation: Analyze business cases to inform strategic decisions.
  • Use Case Analysis: Perform detailed analysis based on use cases or user stories to deliver high-quality results.
  • Business Process Modeling: Develop accurate business process models to optimize operations.
  • Acceptance Criteria Definition: Determine acceptance criteria for defined requirements to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Scope Monitoring: Closely monitor project scope to prevent deviations and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and transparency.
  • Implementation Support: Provide support during development and testing of completed system requirements to guarantee smooth implementation.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster ongoing communication and collaboration within the scrum team to promote cross-functional understanding and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 5-years of experience in the field.
  • Language Skills: English level: C1
  • Linguistic Skills: Mastery of linguistic skills, high personal culture, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, active listening.
  • Expertise: Expert knowledge regarding Business Analysis (areas & techniques).
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking ability, collecting requirements, creating use cases, modeling business processes, conducting workshops techniques.
  • System Usability: Practical knowledge of issues related to the usability of systems/application.
  • Requirement Elicitation: Expert ability to elicit and define requirements on many levels (User requirements, functional and non-functional requirements).
  • Idea Formulation: Clear formulation of ideas, providing the right level of details to specific stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of objectives and requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Managing and working with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Project Scope Definition: Defining and setting the scope of the project/release/sprint.
  • Requirements Techniques: Practical knowledge of requirements definition techniques (use cases and scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Analytical Artifacts: Practical knowledge of analytical artifacts (process modeling, process mapping, conceptual and logical modeling, data dictionary, requirements modeling, business rules, decision tables, etc.).
  • Specifications Translation: Translating requirements into specifications, ability to use precise technical language, creating high-quality documentation.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Decision Influence: Ability to influence decision-making through analysis.
  • Agile Understanding: Practical understanding of agile software development processes and principles; understanding of waterfall processes and differences between the two approaches.
  • Scrum Framework: Knowledge of Scrum framework and roles.
  • Requirements Management: Requirements management throughout their lifecycle, ensuring requirements are tracked and traced, the ability to manage changes in requirements effectively.
  • Curiosity and Analytical Thinking: Curiosity and analytical thinking, ability to ask the right questions, ability to challenge requirements and business processes.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Very good (practical) knowledge of techniques on how to run and moderate workshops.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
  • Planning and Organization: Ability to plan, organize, and structure work, ability to estimate and deliver tasks within scheduled dates.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with developers, testers, solution architects, etc.

Nice to Have:

  • UX Knowledge: Knowledge of UX aspects and how to collaborate with UX specialists, knowledge of User-Centered Design process.
  • Customer Experience: Understanding the customer experience, prototyping, and designing basic wireframes.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead the team (organize & coordinate work & train people).
  • Project Leadership: Ability to lead at least 2 -3 projects in parallel.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the pharma industry.
  • Manufacturing Industry: Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Software Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce.
