At Randstad Polska, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial support for various business deliverables, including month-end close, forecasting, and annual planning.

We offer an attractive remuneration package, with an estimated salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a global environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build processes and drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination and consolidation of Global Facilities P&L data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting;
  • Maintaining strong control environments and data/system integrity;
  • Providing financial support for function deliverables, including month-end close, forecasting, and annual planning;
  • Performing ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business decision support;
  • A university degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or business management;
  • English fluency and strong communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and project management skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently;
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office suite, Enterprise Performance Management, SAP Hyperion Financial Management, Blackline, and CoStar.
