About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Network Product Lead to join our team in Warsaw. As an expert in IP networking, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical presales support for account managers and channel partners.
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and design effective solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations and workshops for customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Keep up-to-date on technology, competitive solutions, products, and services.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for EBG Networking product line.
  • Work with partners and customers to assess partnerships/relations.
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition in the Networking area.
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
  • Prepare configurations and design of Networking Products according to requirements.
  • Perform product demos to customers.
  • Develop sales tools and collateral.
  • Brief and train the Sales Persons in the Organization.
  • Prepare marketing materials, attend conferences on behalf of the Company, and write professional articles.

Our Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of IP networking experience, preferably working for system integrators or enterprise networking vendors.
  • Excellent knowledge of IP networking in at least one of the following areas of specialization: Data Center, LAN Switching, Routing, and Security.
  • CCNP/CCDP or equivalent level. CCIE certificate is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of leading enterprise networking vendors' products portfolio.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
  • Very good English and Polish written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communications & presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively alone and also add value as a team member.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Work from the office in Warsaw with sporadic business trips in Poland.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment in a cross-culture organization.
  • Possess a creative way of thinking.
  • Have the ability to focus on specific goals.
  • Have good project management skills to coordinate each stage in the process.
