HSBC Service Delivery seeks a skilled IT security expert to join their team as a Vulnerability Management Analyst. This role plays a vital part in the 1st line of defense, overseeing HBCE SECA activities and leading VULN management efforts.

The successful candidate will be part of a global/regional team within the Cybersecurity organisation, operating with independence and professionalism to provide expertise, oversight, and assurance around security processes, controls, and standards for HSBC Continentale Europe Germany.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining contact with internal global SECA Cyber teams/forums and specialist interest groups to provide top-down information on SECA controls.
  • Supporting the cyber country lead in Germany and other countries in managing information security risks and maintaining an effective and robust information and cybersecurity control environment linked to SECA controls.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the delivery of a Cybersecurity strategy to secure technology from the inside out, while protecting HSBC values, reputation, and stakeholder value.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven technical Cyber Security knowledge and risk management skills, with prior experience in Cyber Security and vulnerability management.
  • Able to operate in matrix structures with multiple stakeholders and in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including articulating technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, along with additional benefits such as annual performance-based bonuses, multisport cards, private medical care, life insurance, and more.
