About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Filter Making Instructor to support our JT Group personnel in the filter-making area. The successful candidate will work on machinery, quality, and safety KPI improvement projects with the local factory team. Key responsibilities include providing on-the-job training, technical training, and supporting the development of factory technical staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for solutions to issues in the JTG GSC production environment, including machinery performance, quality, and safety.
  • Work with local teams to improve relevant KPIs.
  • Develop and implement measures, plans, and projects to improve technical training efficiency.
  • Support the development of JT Group personnel in the filter-making area.
  • Conduct technical skills assessment tests and analyze results.
  • Prepare reports on technical support and training activities.

Requirements

  • Vocational High School (higher or teaching education an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of filter-making equipment and 3 years of experience in the tobacco industry.
  • Basic English language proficiency (higher level considered an advantage).
  • PC skills at a competent MS Office user level.
