As a Filter Making Instructor at JTI, you'll support JT Group personnel in the filter-making area, working on operational and mechanical aspects, including machinery, quality, and safety KPI improvement projects. You'll provide on-the-job training to factory technical staff and contribute to continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for solutions to issues in the JTG GSC production environment, including machinery performance, quality, and safety.
  • Participating in developing and implementing measures to improve technical training efficiency.
  • Studying new modifications of filter-making equipment and preparing technical documentation.
  • Supporting the development of JT Group personnel in the filter-making area.
  • Conducting technical skills assessment tests and analyzing results.

We're looking for individuals with a vocational high school background, strong knowledge of filter-making equipment, and at least 3 years of experience in the tobacco industry. Proficiency in English is required, and PC skills at a competent MS Office user level are necessary.
