IT Business Solutions Analyst is a crucial role that requires a strong liaison with the IT user community within the home location. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing technology requirements, working with business power users, and ensuring that all initiatives support the Factory's growth and Delivery/Deployment program's success objectives.

This role involves:

  1. Business Relationship Management: Developing strong relationships with the business community, Delivery & Deployment Program teammates, and other departments to drive the assessment of specific technology requirements.
  2. Cluster Delivery: Analyzing business solution-related demands, providing project support, and managing Change Management for local applications.
  3. Delivery/Deployment Programs participation: Specializing in at least one global Solution-Delivery, implementing strategic Must-Do's, and delivering expert services.
  4. Security, Business Continuity, Compliance & Governance: Monitoring compliance of IT solution implementation projects, contributing to the management of regular activities, and providing necessary support for solution evaluation and selection.

We are looking for a candidate with a University Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical background, 2+ years of experience in the IT discipline, and a preferred background of employment in multinational companies. Additionally, experience in Business Analysis, Applications Development, or Project Management is required. Knowledge of business and related IT solutions in the FMCG industry, as well as experience with administration support and good communication skills, are highly valued.
