Filter Making Instructor

As a Filter Making Instructor, you'll support JT Group personnel in the filter-making area, working on machinery, quality, and safety KPI improvement projects with the local factory team. You'll provide on-the-job training to develop factory technical staff, following established procedures, and technical training (basic/advanced levels or customized courses) based on location demand and TFT standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support for solutions to issues in the JTG GSC production environment, including machinery performance, quality, and safety.
• Participating in developing and implementing measures, plans, and projects on technical training efficiency improvement within the employee's functional scope.
• Studying new modifications of filter-making equipment and their differences from existing equipment, preparing required technical documentation and instructional guidelines.
• Supporting the development of JT Group personnel in the filter-making area, utilizing Show, Teach, Assist, and Check methodologies as per standards set by GSC Technical and Functional Training team.
• Conducting technical skills assessment tests, analyzing test results, and preparing timely reports.
• Continuously qualifying and acquiring necessary skills, receiving trainings on teaching and professional skills development, and preparing reports on technical support and training activities.
• Establishing and maintaining network relations with TFT Instructors and Supervisors, advising on revision requirements in TFT training programs.
• Understanding health and safety aspects of work, learning about potential hazards, and maintaining required control measures to keep the workplace healthy and safe.

Requirements:

• Vocational High School (higher or teaching education an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of filter-making equipment, 3 years experience in the tobacco industry
• Basic English, higher language proficiency level considered an advantage
• PC skills at a competent MS Office user level
