Job Overview

Our Customer Service Teams interact with customers, sales and/or service representatives to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about our products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services, investigate customer complaints, and develop strong business relationships through our Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Be the primary interface with direct account responsibility for customers.
  2. Carry out contract reviews on orders/schedules and process in the SAP system.
  3. Progress/expedite orders as requested.
  4. Process requests for quotations.
  5. Process customer returns.
  6. Investigate credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary.
  7. Have regular reviews with your account base to discuss OTD, backlog, and other general support issues.
  8. Review, action, and issue all relevant order-related reports.
  9. Answer technical queries from customers as required using the intranet technical reference and offer alternatives using available resources.
  10. Proactively perform quote follow-up.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of customer care experience. Order management, logistics, transportation, fluency in English and Spanish (at least B2 level), and good knowledge of SAP and MS Office package are essential. Supply chain or logistic knowledge is an advantage. Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks are also required.
