About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Reality Games.

Job Description

As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging and managing our community of 4,000,000 players. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and optimize processes to drive efficiency.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-year of previous customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of customer care tools like Zendesk.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong desire to develop your skills and take on new challenges.
  • Experience in working with large volumes of data is a plus.
  • You should be able to create answer templates to optimize your work.
  • You will manage all user support inquiries, queries, questions, and feedback.
  • You will assist with monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience.
