Job Title: Senior ECO Fee Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ECO Fee Team Lead to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in preparing ECO Fee declarations for countries across the EU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Declaration experts and Data analysts to ensure correctness of SAP master data maintenance and ECO Fee declarations.
  • Supervise the organization and be the main ECO Fee contact for countries, reacting and supporting potential system/process changes and continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform and support the team in various analysis (cost & volume), identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide forecasts, support internal and external audits, and lead SAP configurations updates if needed.
  • Closely communicate with Country contacts, R&D, Finance, Eco Fee Data analysts, Country contacts, Support Team, SAP, and other parties involved in the Eco Fee process.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the existing process and control points.

Requirements:

  • Experience implementing CI processes (e.g. TPM for manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry)
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience in change management processes
  • Logical thinking and capacity to influence
  • Results-oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity
  • Experience such as: continuous improvement manager, team leader roles, area manager
