Job Title: Support Team Lead

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned customer support professional with leadership experience to join our Support Team. As a Support Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of support agents, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of support agents, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and support experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Operations and Product, to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor and analyze support metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the support experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve support processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
