Your Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

You will be responsible for outbound, proactive acquisition of B2B clients.

Co-create and implement sales strategies for the Polish and CEE markets.

Manage the sales process, including identifying client needs, preparing offers and conducting negotiations.

Update our company's CRM system.

Assist in organizing webinars and online events.

Be prepared for public speaking engagements at these events.

What We Expect
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in the B2B and outbound sales sector.
  • English language proficiency at least at B2 level and Native Polish.
  • Openness and a high level of empathy.
  • Proactivity.
  • Independence.
  • Knowledge of customer service solutions.
