About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Warsaw-based team in the eCommerce Poland department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute eContent adoption and optimization strategies to meet customer requirements and preferences.
  • Ensure all digital content is optimized for SEO to maximize visibility and reach in line with brand key words.
  • Regularly update and refresh content to keep it relevant and engaging in line with recent initiatives, brand focus, and external environment changes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to encourage customer reviews and ratings for top eRetailers.
  • Syndicate R&R across various platforms to enhance product credibility and trust.
  • Monitor and analyze feedback to answer consumer sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design CRM campaigns that effectively engage customers and drive loyalty and co-purchase.
  • Execute CRM strategies, tracking performance and making necessary adjustments to maximize open rate and sales impact.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze and recommend optimization of product listings and brand presence on retailer websites to maximize P2P for PG brands at the retailer.
  • Create and adapt media creatives: banners, articles, brand spaces to suit different customer segments and platforms.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content to meet campaign deadlines and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize presence on price comparison sites like ceneo.pl and pepper.pl to ensure competitive pricing and visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activity on these platforms and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO, eCommerce platforms relevant for the country including Price aggregates like ceneo.pl/pepper.pl and digital marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to optimize content and marketing plans like CRM, R&R activation.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Creativity: A knack for creating engaging and impactful content tailored to different customers and platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to create and adapt media creatives and articles effectively.
