Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade promotion strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer invoices and connect them to trade promotions to optimize our offerings.
  • Work on updating and optimizing promotion plans for PepsiCo customers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare reports to track promotions' profit and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze the efficiency of promo strategies to inform future decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Ability to quickly learn new software and IT systems, with a strong interest in Sales and Marketing.
  • Attention to detail and basic analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office programs to support data analysis and reporting.
  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Good written and oral communication skills to present ideas and insights to the team.
  • Student status to ensure a fresh perspective and eagerness to learn.
