Clinical Sales Representative - Rhythm Management

Detailed Job Description:

This is a field-based sales role that requires meeting with existing and potential clients to discuss and demonstrate how company products and services can help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical equipment sales or an operating room environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and provide expert technical product and clinical assistance and training.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts and identify key decision-makers.
  • Plan and develop the market for existing and new products according to divisional goals.
  • Promote company products through education of current & potential customers and implant within a defined region by providing clinical education, sales strategy and support for complex issues.
  • Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of medical equipment sales/clinical experience or minimum of 1-3 years in an operating room (as nurse, or product specialist, or clinical specialist, etc.) experience.
  • Cardiac-related field experience is highly valued.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
  • Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.
  • Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
