MMDSmart is a leading supplier of cloud communications solutions, serving businesses in over 100 countries. We are seeking an EMEA Account Development Manager to join our sales team and drive business growth and revenue expansion in the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in the iGaming/Gambling industry. They will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to increase qualified pipeline
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Apply strong focus on value selling and offer personalized solution offerings

You will also:

  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Identify and manage up- and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Professional Sales-Forecasting

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of over achieving sales targets
  • Experience in selling IT products to the iGaming/Gambling industry
  • Understanding of CPaaS/SaaS products with a focus on Customer Experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Experience with successful usage of Sales-Methodologies like MEDDIC
  • Basic understanding of software integration and implementation processes

Additionally, you will require:

  • Native Russian language skills and fluency in English
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in a similar SaaS/CPaaS Sales Role
  • Location: Remote, but preferably able to work European Working Hours
